This is the part where I would tell you what I can do, in some catchy little pitch line that hopefully sounds appealing.  Instead, I will step outside the box and get a little personal before I get too professional.

My name is J.J. Chambers. I live in Raleigh North Carolina with my girlfriend, who is currently finishing her last year at North Carolina State University’s College of Design, and our dog Brock who is founder and C.E.O. of Box Guard Security 6000 (not a real company). We live in a cozy little town home conveniently nearby N.C. State Campus.  It is much more of a home than any house has ever been to me. I guess it’s because I have such a wonderful family to come home to everyday.

Along with my chosen profession, I am also an exercise fanatic. Granted, my work out time is limited,  I am and have always been an avid jogger and weight lifter. My favorite place to jog  is Lake Johnson; great for stress management. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it.

My dog, Brock Lee Chambers, is a 4 year old Boxer who is the most loyal companion I could have ever asked for. He truly defines the term “Man’s best friend”. Brock is my fourth Boxer. He is very loving, loyal  and to my surprise, intelligent for his bread type. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention that he’s the founder and owner of ” Box Guard Security 6000″ (“NO ROBBER IS SAFE!”), the greatest guard dog in the world.

My girlfriend Samantha will be completing college at the North Carolina State University design school this year. Currently, she is full time student and freelance artist. Her skills range from realism, to impressionism using all varieties of mediums. She is hoping to pursue her passion as an artist, full time, after graduation. She is highly creative and has been a good source of inspiration for me.

Ok, enough with all the personal stuff. If you have read this far then you’re probably wondering… What can this guy really do? Well, here it is. I am a Graphic Designer and Web Developer specializing in building standards compliant websites using CSS and XHTML. I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks. Also, I’m knowledgeable in Javascript, Actionscript, PHP, mySql, and Ajax. I also take advantage of social community websites such as Design Float, Facebook, MySpace and etc. to broaden myrankings, via search engines.
